August 12, 2020: Parent/Guardian Building-Specific Zoom Meetings

Building-Specific Parent/Guardian Zoom Meetings

Each building will be holding parent/guardian Zoom meetings to provide a school opening overview and an opportunity to ask building-specific questions. If you are not able to attend a meeting, a recording will be made available on the School Reopening website. 

Before attending a session, we recommend you review the Parent/Guardian FAQs and the Building Reopening Videos on the District’s School Reopening website. 

  • During each session, audio/video for participants will be disabled and only panelists (presenters) will appear on the screen. 
  • Parents/guardians who wish to ask questions during the session will be able to submit a question directly to the panelist using the “Q and A” feature available in Zoom.  
  • Questions will be answered after the presentation and in the order they are received. We will make every effort to answer all participant questions during the session. 
  • Each session will end promptly at the schedule time.
