Kevin Depaulis (left), Scout leader for Troop 127 in Abbottstown, congratulates Wyatt Stambaugh after presenting him his Eagle Scout badge at a Court of Honor Celebration on August 24, 2019. With Stambaugh are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Doug and Sherry Stambaugh of Spring Grove.  An active Scouter since 2010, Stambaugh has earned over 30 merit badges and for his community service project, he constructed three workout stations along a walking path for Paradise Township’s Farmers Field Park. A current sophomore at Spring Grove Area High School, Stambaugh earns good grades and hopes to someday study engineering.

Below is the article from when Wyatt’s father Doug Stambaugh received his Eagle Scout badge in 1975, 44 years ago.  Doug is standing with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nevin and Betty Stambaugh. In the next photo, Doug’s parents are standing with Wyatt.
