Parents of Students in Grades 5 - 12, Register For Your Sapphire Parent Account Today

What is Sapphire?

Sapphire is the District's new student information system. Beyond just providing access to grades, assignments, and announcements, Sapphire will allow us to communicate with parents and provide access to information that we were not able to previously.

In the future, this may include providing parents with a way to update contact information from the Community Portal, register new students online, and/or receive notifications of forms and documents that are shared in the Community Portal, to name a few.


Who can access Sapphire?

Initially, Sapphire will enable parents and guardians of students in grades 5-12 to access important information such as attendance, grades, and announcements, as they have been accustomed to doing in the past.

Later this year, we will expand this opportunity to parents and guardians of students in grades K-4.


How do I get access to Sapphire?

Parents of students in grades 5 -12 should register for a Sapphire Community Portal account by going to the Sapphire link under the “For Parents” tab of

Parents will first register for an account, and then within five business days will be sent a pin via email to access the account. Parents are not able to access their account until they have received the security pin.
