The Mobile Dentist is Coming to New Salem Elementary!

Is your child in need of a dental examination, cleaning, fluoride treatment, sealants or even restorative work? If so,

•            Mark your calendars for March 8, 2022.

•            Check your child’s backpack for a permission slip.

•            Complete and return permission slip to school as soon as possible to guarantee a spot. If you are NOT interested in the Mobile Dentist you can discard the form that was sent home with your child. 

•            If you do not receive a permission slip, please contact the school and a permission slip can be sent home with your child.

•            The online sign-up for your school can be directly accessed at https://www.myschooldentist.com/31730_schsrm .

Spring Grove School District has partnered with Mobile Dentists to provide an annual dental exam to any student in need. If your child has not seen a dentist in the past 6 months they can be seen by the Mobile Dentist provider for free or reduced dental care during the school day on March 8,  2022. With completed permission slip and registration form, students may be seen during the school day.

Permission slips can be submitted at any time, but to ensure a spot forms should be submitted before February 1, 2022.
