June 7, 2021: Parents of Students in grades 7 - 12 - Fall Sports Physicals

If your child (grade 7 - 12 only) will be participating in an SGASD 2021 fall sport, they will need to complete and submit a sports physical. OSS Health has a block of time on June 17th for Spring Grove only athletes to sign up for summer physicals at their West York location for $15 per person. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. OSS will not accept walk-ins.
