    Objectives:

    1. Participants will investigate the many ways Google Maps can be integrated into various content areas/grade levels.

    2. Participants will construct a sample map for a topic in their content area/grade level.

    What's it all about?

    Google Maps is tool that can be used in a variety of ways to connect content to the physical world. Students are able to both consume and produce content to deepen their understanding of information. Multiple layers of information are embedded onto the Maps web-based platform and with the addition of street-level imagery, we can immerse our students in any location around the world.
