OFF-SITE SPORTS PHYSICALS
WellSpan Sports Medicine team and OSS Health are offering $15 sports physicals for the upcoming school year.

Before attending, athletes MUST schedule a time by registering with the provider of their choosing. Walk-in appointments will not be available by either provider.

Be sure to complete your PIAA packet section 6 prior to attendance and bring it along with a blank section 7 with you to your scheduled physical time. All other PIAA packet sections should be completed online using the RankOne System as outlined on this webpage.
Masks and social distancing guidelines must be followed. If you feel ill or have COVID-19 symptoms the day of physicals, please do not attend.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION & FORMSALL PHYSICAL PAPERWORK, OTHER THAN SECTIONS 6 & 7, MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE IN THE RANKONE SYSTEM. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.Families will need their student's student ID# which can be found in the student's Sapphire account. The physical must be completed on the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Preparticipation Evaluation (CIPPE) Form. No other physical forms are acceptable.

You need to print a hard copy of the Health History and the Medical Examiner pages (section 6 and 7) to take to the doctor's office to be completed. Home Event Admission Prices
All-Rocket Pass (year-round)
For general admission, fans can purchase an All-Rocket Pass that is valid for any regular-season sporting event hosted at Spring Grove. $50 for adults and $15 for students in grades K-12. The All-Rocket passes go on sale Monday, August 13 from 11:45 am to 3:30 pm at the High School office. They may also be purchased at any ticket booth during any SG home sporting event.
Per-Game tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for students in grades K-12, with college students priced as adults.
District residents who are at least age 62 and retired are reminded to apply for a Free Gold Card pass at the Educational Service Center. Non-residents whose grandchildren play SG high school sports can also apply for the Free Gold Card pass at the Educational Service Center.
There are times when we are called upon to host various post-season or playoff games for either YAIAA or the PIAA. In these situations, we have no control over ticket prices. District-issued passes or Gold Cards are not valid for games or events of this type. Signs will be posted to that effect and every effort will be made to announce these occasions and events, along with an announcement of the event time and date.
