On-site sports physicals are being offered at the High School this May and June to SGASD athletes in grades 7-12 for the 2025-26 school year. If your student-athlete needs a sports physical for the 2025-26 school year, this is a great chance to get one! Pre-registration and payment is required.

Dates and Times:

Both dates will be held at Spring Grove Area High School.

  • May 15, 2025, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM

  • June 3, 2025, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Cost:

  • $15 per physical - Must pay in advance.

How to Sign Up:

1. Reserve your date and time.

Use one of the following links to sign up through Sign Up Genius. You will sign up for a designated date and time slot. Please arrive at your designated date and time with the appropriate paperwork. 

2. Purchase your sports physical.

After signing up for a timeslot, click the link below to purchase your sports physical. The payment must be made before your designated date and time. Please note all sales are final. No refunds and non-transferable.

What to Bring: 

**Physical paperwork will be kept after your child receives their physicals, which will be uploaded to RankOne. Thank you!**
 

RankOne Online Paperwork:

Any student planning to play sports during the 2025-26 school year MUST submit their physical information via the RankOne system. Information on RankOne can be found via the link below. If you have questions, please contact our Athletic Trainer, Marina Rohrbaugh, at rohrbaum@sgasd.org.

  • The rest of the PIAA CIPPE required forms must be completed online through RankOne. Due to system turnover, do not complete the online paperwork in RankOne until after July 11.
     
  •  All RankOne forms MUST be filled out BEFORE the beginning of the season.
