Part 106 (Title IX)School systems or other recipients of federal funds must designate at least one professional employee as the Title IX Coordinator / Compliance Officer to oversee compliance efforts and investigate any complaints of sex discrimination.School Board Policy #103 designates the Assistant Superintendent as the District's Compliance Officer in matters relating to School and Classroom Practices.School Board Policy #103.1 designates the Director of Pupil Services as the District's Compliance Officer in matters relating to Qualified Students with Disabilities.School Board Policy #104 designates the Human Resources Director as the District's Compliance Officer in matters relating to Employment/Contract Practices.
