• Welcome to Grade 8 US History 
     
     
     

    This course is a study of American history from the Exploration and Colonization period to the end of the Articles of Confederation period.  Students will be exposed with historical events that permanently linked America with the rest of the world.  Students will be exposed with historical events that led to more English colonies and a lasting English influence in the United States.  Students will be exposed to historical events that lead to the acceptance of diverse groups of people.  Students will be exposed to the historical events which influenced the development of the United States.
