Welcome to my English Webpage.
I am so excited to have you in my class this year! We will use the class web page for assignments and for extended learning outside the classroom.
Important handouts for projects and class power-point notes can also be found under the class page.
There are so many exciting stories, poems, plays and novels to read this year!
We will start the year with a short story unit, followed by novel studies (And Then There Were None, Fahrenheit 451), a unit on Greek and Roman mythology, the epic poem, The Odyssey, and Will Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet.
Be prepared to read and to write a lot this year and to have a lot of fun doing both! My email is metzgerk@sgasd.org
