WEB Helps 7th Graders Navigate Middle School
Spring Grove Area Middle School's Where Everybody Belongs (WEB) program is designed to help our 7th-grade students transition smoothly into middle school. Through a series of dedicated WEB Days, 8th-grade leaders mentor and support our newest students, fostering a welcoming and inclusive school environment.
WEB Days offer a variety of activities, from team-building exercises to school-wide scavenger hunts. These events help 7th graders become familiar with the school building, meet new friends, and build confidence in their abilities. By pairing 7th graders with experienced 8th-grade leaders, we aim to create a supportive and positive learning community.
The WEB program is a nationally recognized initiative that improves school climate, increases student engagement, and reduces discipline issues. By focusing on building strong relationships and providing a sense of belonging, WEB helps students thrive academically and socially.
