SGASD was live on CBS 21 News
On Thursday, August 20, Spring Grove Area School District was featured live on CBS 21 News during the station’s morning show.
From 5 to 7 a.m., Dr. Kirkpatrick, Superintendent; Mrs. Mallory, Spring Grove Area Middle School Principal; Dr. Peake, Spring Grove Intermediate School Principal; and Mr. Ehrhart, Spring Grove Area High School Principal, participated in live interviews highlighting some of the great things happening across the district and in their schools.
Each administrator had the opportunity to share more about the programs, opportunities, and experiences that make Spring Grove Area School District a special place for students, staff, and families.
Live television interviews can be challenging, especially in the early morning hours, but all four did an outstanding job representing Rocket Nation and sharing the SGASD story with the broader community.
CBS 21 News also published an article featuring several of the topics discussed during the morning broadcast, along with a short video clip from one of the interviews.
Unfortunately, a separate planned visit from WGAL had to be canceled.
