Ella Bahn Strikes Gold at PIAA State and District Championships
Spring Grove Area High School junior Ella Bahn delivered a standout performance at the 2025 PIAA Track and Field Championships, earning two gold medals and making school history once again.
Ella was crowned State Champion in the 300M Hurdles for the third consecutive year! She also took home gold in the 100M Hurdles, setting a new Spring Grove school record with a time of 13.64 seconds!
In addition to her gold-medal finishes, Ella placed 7th in the High Jump, marking her third straight year as a state medalist in that event.
State Championship Results:
- STATE CHAMP in the 300M Hurdles for the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW
- STATE CHAMP in the 100M Hurdles - TWO time 100M Hurdles State Medalist
- 7th Place in the High Jump - THREE time High Jump State Medalist
Just one week earlier, at the 2025 PIAA District 3 Track & Field Championships, Ella won first place in both the 100M and 300M Hurdles as well!
District 3A Championship Results:
- DISTRICT CHAMP in the 300M Hurdles for the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW
- DISTRICT CHAMP in the 100M Hurdles for the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW
- 2nd Place in the High Jump - THREE time High Jump District Medalist
