Watch Spring Grove Athletics Live
Spring Grove Area School District offers two live streaming options for select home athletic events. Please review the details below so you know which stream you’re watching before you tune in or make a purchase.
HUDL Camera (Free Stream)
*Please note: Post-season and playoff competitions will not be broadcast on HUDL.
The HUDL camera is the most commonly used live stream option and is free to access. Note: If an SGLive Stream is scheduled for the competition, the HUDL camera will not be used.
- Available for athletic competitions held at Papermakers Stadium and in the Spring Grove Area High School gymnasium
- Stream availability is at the discretion of the team coach
- Provides a simple, automated game view with no special broadcast features
- No login or payment required
HUDL Live Stream
SGLive Crew Special Broadcast (May Include a Fee)
All home varsity football games and select other varsity competitions will feature a special live stream produced by the Spring Grove Area High School SGLive Crew.
- Student volunteers provide a high-quality broadcast, similar to what you might see on television
- May include multiple camera angles, commentary, graphics, and replays
- Streams are hosted through BoxCast
About the Viewing Fee
Some SGLive Crew broadcasts may require a small viewing fee. This fee primarily supports the SGLive Crew program for students.
Your support helps:
- Provide students with hands-on learning experiences in live production, broadcasting, and media technology
- Maintain, repair, and update broadcasting equipment used by students
- Cover software, licensing, and services needed to deliver a professional-quality broadcast
Most importantly, the viewing fee helps ensure this student-run program can continue to grow, providing students with meaningful, real-world skills and opportunities beyond the classroom.
If a viewing fee is required, it will be clearly noted on BoxCast, with a “Purchase Ticket” button that displays the broadcast cost.

SGLive Crew broadcasts are available on the Rocket Athletics BoxCast channel.
You can watch:
- On the web via BoxCast
- Through the BoxCast app on Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV. Download the BoxCast app on your device and search for Spring Grove Area School District.
