Student Registration
All 7th to 12th grade Spring Grove students are eligible to participate as dancers in SG’s 2025 Mini-THON! Follow these easy steps to register:
- Step 1: Register on SG DonorDrive! Simply click “REGISTER” and fill out your information.
- Step 2: Complete the Permission & Medical Google Form linked directly on our DonorDrive homepage.
- Step 3: Turn in your $25 registration (increases to $35 after 2/15) via cash or check to the blue Mini-THON box in the HS counseling office or MS front office.
- In addition, raise at least $30 in donations online or turn it into your school’s blue box!
Go For Gold! Complete all the steps above by 2/15/25 to receive a 2025 Mini-THON t-shirt!
Adult Volunteers
The Mini-THON also needs adult volunteers. Visit the SG Mini-THON website for more information and to sign up.

The collective impact of our fundraising also ensures that every Four Diamonds child, regardless of income, receives the highest quality of childhood cancer care without ever seeing a bill for that care. Since 1972, Four Diamonds has helped more than 4,800 children and their families.
