Food Truck-or-Treat Movie Night

All are welcome to join us for some kid-friendly Halloween fun and are encouraged to dress in costume!

Brought to you by the SGAHS Renaissance Leadership Club

Date & Location:

Tuesday, October 29th, at Papermakers Stadium

Rain date: November 1st

Schedule of Events:

5:00 PM - Food trucks open

  • Use the main gate/lower entrance to the stadium and enter through the Student Council Halloween Maze

5:30 PM - Trick-or-Treat around the track begins - be sure to bring a bag or basket!

  • Meet school & community organizations
  • Candy & treats

6:15 PM - Movie on the turf: Hocus Pocus rated PG (Please note: no food or drink other than water is allowed on the turf)

Please Note:

  • To help keep our turf field in top shape, please remember that only water is allowed on the turf. Candy, food, and other beverages should be consumed outside the track area. Food debris can damage the turf and shorten its lifespan. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and clean field for everyone!
     
  • Beach and outdoor lawn chairs and blankets are allowed on the turf. Please be sure the chairs have no sharp edges that could damage the turf. The SGE PTO will be selling SG-branded blankets that evening! Your chairs/blankets can be placed on the turf when you arrive, so you don't have to carry them during the trick-or-treat portion of the evening.

Community Organization Participation & Sponsorship

We’d love for your organization to be a part of this celebration by participating in our trick-or-treat walk. It’s a great opportunity to hand out treats to the community and promote your organization. Organizations are welcome to dress up and decorate the table provided for them. 

Additionally, we are offering sponsorship opportunities, with funds going toward purchasing candy for our sports teams and clubs to distribute, as well as covering general event costs.
