2023 Board Survey Result Summaries
General Overview
The 2023 survey results for our staff and students show a positive trend compared to the previous year. This slight upward shift underscores our dedication to addressing the concerns and suggestions brought forward by our valued team members and students. In the student survey, more than half of the questions received over 80% positive satisfaction, and while the staff survey showed only nine questions scoring above 80% positive satisfaction, we are encouraged by our progress. We recognize that there is more work to be done, and we believe we are heading in the right direction.
While the parent/guardian survey results indicated a slight decline compared to the previous year, over half of the questions still scored over 80% positive satisfaction. We deeply value your opinions and perspectives, knowing they are fundamental to our students' success. We remain committed to addressing the concerns and ensuring your voices are heard and respected.
The 2023 surveys did show a decrease in the number of responses received. Engaging our school community in these surveys is crucial to gather a comprehensive and representative view of our District's strengths and areas for improvement. We are actively planning strategies to boost survey response rates for 2024, recognizing that your participation is pivotal in our success.
