    What’s it all about?

A wealth of information is available at our fingertips with digital tools. Sometimes it can be a daunting task to find exactly what you are looking for. Online searches give numerous results, which means we need to know how to be discerning consumers of information. We need to know how to inspect and judge the value of a source of information since there are no “fact checkers” policing the internet. In this module, we will take a look at how to increase the efficiency of your online searches by examining strategies for forming queries, how to filter results, and how to evaluate the quality of those results.
