Student Accident Insurance
SGASD does not carry medical insurance on students but does provide parents with the opportunity to select a primary excess group insurance plan for students. Student accident insurance can help you eliminate the possibility of out-of-pocket expenses since many group insurance policies no longer pay full hospital and medical expenses, and may require a deductible or co-insurance.
Student Accident Insurance is available to all students in the Spring Grove Area School District. Policies are available for School-Time or 24-Hour Accident Insurance.
Completed applications should be returned by mail with a check or money order for the correct premium, directly to Alive Risk NOT the School District.
