    Print and complete the appropriate enrollment packet linked below and call the District Enrollment Secretary at 717-225-4731 ext. 3043, to schedule an appointment.

Registration Materials

  • Document Checklist (please bring to your appointment):

    • Child's ORIGINAL Birth Certificate
    • Proof of immunizations
    • Child’s 5-year-old physical
    • Proof of residency - Examples:
      • Driver’s license
      • Vehicle registration
      • Copy of lease
      • Purchase agreement
      • Apartment lease
      • Copy of paycheck with the stub, with name and address of employee and employer
      • Utility bill
