messages from that site. We continue to work with the provider and hope to see the situation
resolved soon.

Download a coaching application or a volunteer coaching application and volunteer manual.
Be sure to file the required application and clearances with the Community Relations Office.
For Sports Physicals: please download the required forms and bring them to your appointed time.

2010-2011 NCAA Information:
Gold Card Program...Anyone age 62 and over who is retired and lives in the district or anyone of similar age/circumstances who does not live in the district and has a grandchild who is a student-athlete can receive a Gold Card to get into all district sponsored sporting events free of charge. Your laminated Gold Card does not expire! Interested? Stop by the Educational Service Center (100 East College Avenue in Spring Grove), show your drivers license for ID purposes and a Gold Card will be mailed to you!
